We are seeking a dynamic Billing Team Lead to join our team in Sandusky. In this role, you will provide leadership and supervision to our billing team, focusing on addressing issues related to eCW and TriZetto portal functionalities. You will oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks for assigned providers, including managing claims, denials, rejections, and appeals. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer calls within the billing department.

- Manage the workload of assigned providers, which includes charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, payment posting, and table maintenance as necessary.
